How we handle your data

What we collect
Call audio, transcripts, caller phone numbers, message content, and the business knowledge documents we author with you during onboarding. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what callers volunteer in the course of a normal customer-service call.
How we store it
Call data is encrypted in transit and at rest with industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to ARGN personnel who need it to operate or tune your receptionist. We do not sell, share, or use your call data to train third-party models.
How long we keep it
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default for tuning and quality review. You may request a shorter retention window or full deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business and call data at any time. We will respond within 30 days.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small number of vetted infrastructure providers for telephony, transcription, model inference, and storage. Full security documentation, including our subprocessor list and a signed DPA, is available on request.
